1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Digital Closet, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Your Account
- You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU) to use Digital Closet.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or violates third-party rights.
- Attempt to access other users' data or reverse-engineer the API.
- Use the app to send spam via the sharing/invite system.
- Circumvent the free-tier limits through automation or account duplication.
4. Subscription and Payments
- Free tier — limited to 30 items and 3 saved outfits. No credit card required.
- Pro tier — unlimited items and outfits, AI styling features. Billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Subscriptions automatically renew. You may cancel at any time in your account settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but contact us and we will work with you.
5. Your Content
You own the photos and data you upload. By using Digital Closet, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
You can delete your content at any time. Deleted items and photos are removed from our servers within 30 days.
6. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages. We are not liable for losses caused by downtime.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smith Technology Solutions is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Digital Closet. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
